There are three set of people that can be easily fall prey of fraudsters. They are,
1.THE GREEDY - Those who want to get rich quick. These kinds of people do not want to work hard. People with greedy attitude, who want an easy ways to wealth. Those who want to live an expensive life but they are not ready to what hard and they are looking for easy way to make huge amounts of money.


2. THE GULLIBLE - People who easily trust and easily relying on others. These people do get into business partnership with someone without thoroughly investigating the background of the person they are in partnership with. Those who dabble into such kind of business they are not conversant with, just because it appears highly profitable.


3. THE FRUSTRATED - These are the people who are in finance mess . People who have try one business and other but they have failed. People who have been downtrodden by the society or been disappointed by friends. They are usually desperate. And you can easily reads there problem on their face. Fraudsters easily approach such people by pretending to profer solutions to their problem. When such a person listens to them . They then present a proposal that sounds simple and highly profitable. Some ladies fall into the of fraudsters" because they are desperately looking for a marriage partners.


Fraudsters use various techniques to catch their victims, so note these techniques.
1. CONVERSATION - Maybe are in a public bus with them and he or she starts a conversation that eventually leads to questions and answers and he or she started exchanging name, address, phone number.


PSYCHOLOGY - They easily note people who appear sad and frustrated and pretend to be concerned and willing to help.


ENQUIRY - They pretend to be searching for someone and show you an address and beg for your assistance in locating someone. Most often they speak with a strange " Americana" accent" An not a Nigeria, but came by ship. This person am looking for ordered for goods and I cannot locate him bla bla bla.."
"if I can't locate him I would have to sell the goods cheap to someone else.


4. ENCHANTMENT - They arrange with sellers of soft drinks at the Moto park. You are boarding a vehicle together and he or she call for a soft drinks from a seller and buys one for himself and asks the seller to give you one also. If you refuse he laughs and prods and teases you to collect it, after all you are both traveling together. You flattered his generosity and to sho courtesy, you accept. The hawker helps him open his bottle and yours too. You must drink up and return the bottle before the vehicle leaves the park. When you inhale it, you become a slave and you do what you are ask to so . Sign a document, cheque, or whatever. You may end up bring out all the cash and valuable in your possession, or just anything.

SECURITY FOR YOUR CHILDREN

Teach your children to be safety and security conscious by making them read this article. You can also share the ideas in this article with your household during morning prayers, at the dinning table and in the school.

it is possible for impostor  to snatch the car from your driver, drive to your children's school and kidnap your kids. Make your kids security conscious.

WOLVES AMONG THE SHEEP

Business people easily trust others who are members of their Church, Mosque or social club and love to transact business with them. But as a Nigerian, never put your money into any business without thoroughly investigation and verifying the claims of your business partner.


Two year ago in a city in Nigeria, a certain Pastor who had a call to prison ministry, went a certain prison regularly, to witness to inmates of the inmates called Lawal, had been jail for armed robbery. As the Pastor continued to visit the person, Lawal came for an alter call and gave his life to Christ. The Pastor was very happy, since Lawal was originally a Muslim. It never crossed his kind Christian mind that Lawal was a pretender, an imposter.


Shortly after that, Lawal was released from prison after he had completed his sentence.
Filled with with joy, Pastor drove his car to agodi prison and picked Lawal. Lawal explained to Pastor that he had no place to go. That now he had become a Christian his family would kill him if he went to them. Pastor said, "No problem". And took Lawal to his own home, and gave him a room to live.


Pastor had just newly married and had a whole three bedroom flat to himself and his wife.
Lawal ate with the family , drank with the family , attended church programme and gave testimony of his conversions to the amazement and administration of fellow Christians.


Pastor gave Lawal the position of Personal Assistant and paid him accordingly. Lawal had become one with the family and knew the in and out of Pastor' s life.
Nine months later, Pastor's brother-in-law arrived from the United State on a visit.
He was on annual leave and had come to purchase a piece of land and build a House, so he came reasonable amount of money.
Pastor made contact with the estate agents, located a piece of land and they agreed on the price.
Pastor then went with his brother in law and lawal to change dollars to pay the land and start contradiction on the site. Lawal would supervise the construction work.
At Sabo, they collected cash of about N59 millon. This was on Friday evening. Payment would be made on Saturday morning.
Friday night was night vigil in the church, and Lawal was firt to leave home to church to see that all was in order before the arrival of the pastor.


Later in the evening,Pastor and his brother in law joined Lawal and others members at the church. Pastor 's wife was now heavy with pregnancy and could not attend. About 11 p.m the night vigil started , dancing and clapping, Lawal sneaked out of the church and went back home.
He enter into the house and explained to the pastor's wife that Pastor had forgotten something at home. She open the door and Lawal enter into pastor room, killed the pregnant woman , stole the money and disappeared.


That pastor was gentle, but not wise. He should not have brought an ex armed robber into his house for whatever reason under heaven.

Gratitude is contagious

Bless the Lord, oh my soul, And forget not all His benefits. Psalm 103:2.


Although forgetfulness sometimes increases with age, its really common to us all. Even children have lapses of memory and excuse themselves by saying " I forgot" But there's one kind of forgetfulness that is inexcusable at any age- forgetting to be grateful to God. The psalmist David was determined not to fall this way, so he exhorted his soul, "forget not all His benefit (psalm 103:2).


David didn't keep his thanksgiving to God a secret. In psalm 35:2 he wrote "The humble shall hear of it and be glad, and who were the humble?
They were those who, like David were going through tough times. Why should they be glad to hear his praises? Because their own faith was strengthened when he testified about God,s help to him in times of fear , trouble, need, sorrow and affliction.
When was the last time you openly and unashamedly praised God for helping you in your difficulties? Someone has this to say: "If Christians praised God more, the world would doubt Him less. "Not only is it appropriate, therefore, to express your gratitude for all His benefits, but your example may also encourage others to move from doubt to faith as you praise Him. JEY.
Thank the Lord when trouble comes.

Culture and tradition of Ekiti people

An important feature of the Ekiti State is the large number of hills it possesses, which are the site of towns in which much population resides.


The state is highly rich in culture. They have their own unique traditional ways of dressing and dancing. The Ekiti people are mostly Christian and Muslim while some still practice their traditional religion. The ruler of the town are called Obas like other Yoruba Towns. Traditionally, the Obas in Ekiti state, are usually described as sacred or divine. The Oba installation and coronation are performed with solemn and lengthy rites which set them apart.
Thereafter living an ordered ceremonial existence, secluded in their palaces, subjected to many ritual of court an approached only with infinite respect.
They rarely appeared in public, expect on ceremonial occasions .
By old costumes , the king (OBA) were not only the head of their town and kingdoms, but by their personifications , reincarnating also all their ancestors back to the origin of the dynasties, they are also the titular heads of all religious set in their kingdom.
Their appointment are partly by divination, made by the king makers who are mostly high chiefs.
They are usually appointed from among the children of the past Kings. The ceremonies for their appointment and coronation are elaborate. The sacredness of their offices was neither empty nor normal; They are they sources of honor, to bestow titles and chieftaincies. The kings are also the fountain of justice.


In the state framework, the kings are not expected to be part in patrician politics.
Palace of traditional rulers are true symbolical relic of the people culture and tradition.

Fire Prevention and way out when there is fire outbreak

Fire is a good friend, it is one of the things we use every day both at home and at company.
It is of good friend when use properly and carefully, but it can also be a destroyer and disaster agent when use carelessly.


because of this reason is why you must know more about how to prevents fire and what to do when there is fire outbreak in your home or in your place of work.


What you should do to safeguard your house against fire outbreak are.
1. Teach your children on how and when to use fire. eg teach them on how to turn on and off your gas cooker at home. 4. You should keeps all combustible item in a safe place and out of reach of children. The combustible item like petrol, gas, kerosene etc. In must be kept in a safe place and they must be kept in a far place from where fire is available.




5. Lastly, Make sure you create an exit route in your house, when ever you want to build your own house. You should also always look for exit route in a house before you pay for any rented apartment. The exit route is another door apart from a normal in your house. This exit route is usually be at the extreme end of the building.

When there is a fire outbreak in a house or at office, what must come to your mind at that particular time is the safety of your own life . When you have find your way out of the fire and you are safe, then you can call for help to help others.
